Level 1 Tool: Tools that are essential to curriculum and are under contract with BCPS. | |
Level 2 Tool, no data is shared: Access to this tool does not require any student to share information about themselves. | |
Level 2 Tool, non-PII: Student accounts do not require any personally identifiable or directory information. | |
Level 2 Tool, directory information only: Student accounts require only directory information or directory information with non-personally identifiable information. Tool may not be used by students whose parents have opted out of sharing directory information. | |
Level 2 Tool, directory information with guidance: Student accounts require only directory information or directory information with non-personally identifiable information. Tool may not be used by students whose parents have opted out of sharing directory information. Users must not provide additional information requested by the application. | |
Installed Software: Tool is installed on BCPS computers and does not collect any user information. | |
Teacher Accounts Only: Tool is either unavailable for student access or requires personally identifiable information beyond directory level to create accounts. Teachers may create their own accounts for instructional purposes. |
