DLU Reflections

Page history last edited by Jennifer Weaver 6 years, 7 months ago

As part of the Digital Learning University CPD course, participants are required to complete one reflection project for each workshop module they complete.  This reflection is to be sent as an attachment to DLU@bcps.org within 10 school days after the workshop module.  The reflection is expected to take 1 hour of time beyond the workshop module in order to meet the 15 hour CPD requirement.  If you have questions, please email the DLU facilitator, Jennifer Weaver, jweaver@bcps.org, or Amanda Lanza, alanza@bcps.org.

DLU reflections are checked in batches starting 11 days after each workshop (as long as all the workshop paperwork has been received).  They are checked in chronological order by workshop, not by date of receipt or sender.  This means that even if you submit your reflection the day after a workshop, you will not receive a response until eleven days later at the earliest.  Emailed reflections will not be individually responded to until they have been checked for completion and recorded.  If for some reason one of your requirements is incomplete, you will be given time to address that issue with no penalty.  Three times per year, a status email will be sent to everyone registered for DLU listing their workshop participation and completion of requirements: one at the end of summer break, one at the end of the fall semester and one in early May.
