Getting Started

Plickers is a tool for teachers to conduct surveys and implement assessments.  What makes Plickers different is that students do not need any sort of device to participate.  They simply hold up a special card and the facilitator uses their iPad, iPhone, or Android device to capture images of their cards.  The program is able to read the cards and give you instant results.  Check it out in action! (Warning: You MUST have a smartphone or tablet which allows you to download apps.  You need to download the Plickers app in order to scan student cards. Download Apple or Download Android)  Student accounts are not needed, but teachers must create a class roster to aggregate data.  Be sure to designate grade and subject as "other" and to only use students' first name initial and last name in order to be in compliance with BCPS policies.
