GALE OneFile High School Edition provides students with access to magazines, newspapers, books, and other reference content. The database offers audience-appropriate information on current events, the arts, science, popular culture, health, people, government, history, sports, and more.

High School Edition offers more than 2,000 full-text magazines and newspapers, as well as audio, video, images, maps, podcasts, reference books, and more for accurate, trusted information on a broad range of topics across current events and the curriculum. Integration with Microsoft OneDrive makes it easy for students to take and share notes, build a bibliography, and collaborate on group projects.

  • ReadSpeaker technology with 19 text-to-speech languages
  • Dictionary 
  • Downloadable PDFs allow for offline reading anytime, anywhere
  • Source citations at the bottom of each article. Export citations to NoodleTools.

  • Lexile/Reading Level:  Used Advanced Search for a target audience or Lexile range; or after searching, Limit Search Results (on right sidebar) to a reading level or Lexile range.
